Built by a founder who needed it.
Still OS started as the operating system one founder built to run her own product business — every channel, every number, by herself. Now it runs other founders' businesses too.
I run Stillnus, a wellness brand I sell on Amazon, through boutiques, and direct to customers. Like most product founders, I'm the one doing all of it — sourcing, inventory, ads, fulfillment, and the finances that tie it together.
And I was doing it from a dozen open tabs. Orders in Seller Central, inventory in a spreadsheet, ads in another dashboard, documents in a folder — none of them talking to each other. Every week, hours vanished into copying numbers between tools and hoping I hadn't missed something that mattered.
No tool was built for the founder who runs the entire operation. The ones that existed each solved one slice and ignored the rest. So I built the operating system I needed — and now it's here for every founder running everything, the way I do.
Still OS amplifies operator cognition. It does not replace operator judgment.
The system surfaces context and recommendations — what needs your attention and why. The founder decides. That line never moves.
Within · Without · Above
Still Without is the business operating system — what this is. It holds the documents, the plan, the channels, and the numbers that run a product brand.
Still Within is the personal ambient layer — the founder's own clarity and attention. Coming later.
Still Above is the creative and vision space — where the brand's larger arc lives. Coming later.
