Still is month-to-month with no contract. You can leave whenever you like, and we keep this simple.
30-day money-back guarantee
Every paid Still plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Still is not right for you within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, email hello@joinstill.co and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked. The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first paid subscription only, and is offered in good faith; we may decline it in cases of apparent abuse, such as repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings, which open the secure Stripe customer portal, or by emailing hello@joinstill.co. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your plan simply does not renew after that. We do not delete your data the moment you cancel — see our Privacy Policy for how long data is kept and how to request deletion.
Refunds outside the guarantee
Outside the 30-day guarantee window, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated or partial-period refunds when you cancel mid-cycle. Because you keep access through the end of the period you paid for, cancelling never cuts a paid period short. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.
Annual plans
Annual plans are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the start of the subscription. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, and you keep access through the end of that paid year.
Failed or late payments
If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it and may email you to update your payment method. To keep the service uninterrupted, we may pause or limit paid access until payment succeeds. Applicable taxes and any processing fees are not refundable.
Chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, please email hello@joinstill.co first — we will look into it quickly and make it right if we charged in error. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead, especially for a charge covered by this policy, may result in your account being suspended while we resolve it. All amounts are charged in U.S. dollars.
