Still is for people who make products and sell them in more than one place. It puts the business in four places: Agenda for your week and the three things that matter today, Foundation for the licences, permits and filings to check for your state, Products for what each product really costs to make, and Money for your sales and spending side by side.
Who is Still built for?
Still is built for founders who make or source a physical product, run it themselves or with one or two people, and sell in two or more places: their own site, Etsy, Amazon, markets, or shops.
What problem does Still solve?
A business is usually scattered across task lists, folders, spreadsheets, sales reports, and the founder's memory. Still gives the work a center: what matters today, what the business stands on, what each product costs, and how the sales from every place compare.
Is Still an app I download?
Still runs in the browser. There is nothing to download and nothing to install. You sign in at joinstill.co and your whole business is there.
Why one place for the whole business?
Because a founder's day crosses all of it. Still holds the business foundation, the plan for the day, the true cost of what you make, and the money coming in from every place you sell. You decide. Still keeps it together.

What is available right now?
A founding member gets four places in Still: Agenda, Foundation, Products, and Money. Agenda holds focused daily work, the Task Bank, recurring work, and planning views. Foundation shows what to check for your state and what you make, with the official source for each. Products works out what each product truly costs from its materials and recipe. Money lays your sales and spending side by side from the reports you upload.
What is the Foundation module?
Foundation shows the licences, permits and filings to check for your state and what you make, each with its official source, and puts the dates on your calendar. It is a guide, not legal advice.
What is the Agenda module?
Agenda is the focused work surface in Still. It holds the few things that matter today, a Task Bank for everything not yet scheduled, tasks and subtasks that can move independently, recurring work, and planning views from day through year.
Pricing
How much does Still cost?
Still opens with ten founding places, by invitation: $49 a month for the first year, then $79 a month. Each founding member gets a 30-minute setup call with Denise, and the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first paid subscription.
Is there a free trial?
Still does not run a free trial. Instead, the first paid subscription carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: you start, you use the product for real, and if it is not right within 30 days we refund that payment in full.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Still is month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing. You can download everything from Settings, as spreadsheets and files, and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@joinstill.co.
The guarantee
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If Still is not right for you within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, email hello@joinstill.co and we will refund that payment in full. It applies once per customer, to your first paid subscription.
Do I need to explain why I want a refund?
No. Ask within 30 days of your first paid subscription and we refund that payment.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued as soon as the request is received and typically appear on your statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Data
How does my sales data get into Still?
From the files you already download: Amazon reports, Shopify and Etsy order files, and bank statements. Sales you make in person or invoice to shops, you add in a line. Plaid is there if you want live bank lines; nothing has to be connected.
Is my sales data safe?
Your sales come in from the reports you download from Amazon, Shopify or Etsy and upload to Still. Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure and isolated to your account. We share it only with the service providers named in our Privacy Policy.
Does Still store my passwords or API keys?
Still never asks for or stores your account passwords. Some connections use that service's own sign-in; others use an API key you create in that account and can revoke there. Keys and tokens are encrypted and never kept in plain text. You can disconnect any integration at any time.

The founder and the product
Who built Still?
Still was built by Denise, founder of Stillnus, the eye pillows she makes and sells on Amazon, through shops and on her own site. She built the place she needed to run a whole multi-channel product business single-handedly, and now ten founders can join her, by invitation.
Why was it built?
Still was built out of necessity. None of the tools she tried saw the whole business at a price a founder could pay. Each solved one slice. So she built it. The product principle is simple: Still should make the founder clearer, not make decisions in her place.
Is this built for any type of business or just product brands?
Still is focused on founder-run product brands that make or source physical products and sell in more than one place. It is not a general CRM or an agency tool, and it is not built for service businesses.
What makes Still different from tools like Helium 10 or HubSpot?
Helium 10 is an Amazon research tool, and HubSpot is a CRM for sales teams. Still puts the founder's whole business in one place: the business foundation, focused daily work, the true cost of each product, and sales from every place side by side.
