Who is Still OS built for?
Still OS is built for product founders running one-to-five-person operations, selling on Amazon plus at least one other channel, with annual revenue between $200K and $5M. It is built for founders who are data-capable but not developers.
What problem does Still OS solve?
Most product founders run their business from six different tabs — Seller Central for orders, a spreadsheet for inventory, another tool for ads, a folder for documents — and none of them talk to each other. Is Still OS an app I download?
Still OS runs in the browser. There is nothing to download and nothing to install. You sign in at joinstill.co and your whole business is there.

What modules are available right now?
Still OS launches with four modules, all included in the Seed plan: Foundation (your business document vault), Vision (your annual roadmap canvas), Plan (your daily and weekly priority canvas), and Record (your business journey record). More modules ship as they are ready.
What is the Foundation module?
Foundation is your business document vault. It holds your legal documents, licenses, financial records, brand and IP, advisors, and contracts, and it tracks expiration dates so registrations and renewals never lapse. It also scaffolds a matching folder structure in your Google Drive.
What is the Vision module?
Vision is your annual roadmap canvas. It lays out the arc of where your brand is going across the year, organized into quarterly arcs, so the big picture stays visible while you work.
What is the Plan module?
Plan is your daily and weekly priority canvas. It holds what matters most today, what is planned for the week, and a task inbox for everything else — including recurring tasks that come back on their own.
What is the Record module?
Record is your business journey log. It captures what happened, what shifted, and what you learned over time, so the story of the business is written down instead of lost.
Is the CEO Dashboard included in Seed?
The CEO Dashboard is part of the Momentum plan, not Seed. Seed includes Foundation, Vision, Plan, and Record. Momentum adds the CEO Dashboard, inventory and catalog, channel integrations, and the Keyword Opportunity Engine add-on.

How much does Still OS cost?
Still OS Seed is $29 per month, or $290 per year with two months free. Momentum is $79 per month, or $790 per year, and is currently on the waitlist. All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
What is the difference between Seed and Momentum?
Seed gives you the foundation: Foundation, Vision, Plan, and Record. Momentum connects your whole business — it adds the CEO Dashboard with P&L and net income, inventory and catalog intelligence, channel integrations for DTC and wholesale, a partners directory, and the Keyword Opportunity Engine add-on for Amazon.
When does Momentum open?
Momentum is on the waitlist while the connected modules are finished and hardened. Join the waitlist and you will be first to know the moment it opens.
What is the Keyword Opportunity Engine?
The Keyword Opportunity Engine is an Amazon ads add-on, available on Momentum for $79 per month. It surfaces every keyword your campaigns are missing — scored, ranked, and explained — and a decision engine tells you what to add, what to cut, and what to watch, each recommendation carrying a plain-language rationale.
Is there a free trial?
Still OS does not run a free trial. Instead, every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: you start, you use the product for real, and if it is not right within 30 days you get a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Still OS is month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you return, and you can export or request deletion at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Seed is $290 per year and Momentum is $790 per year — both effectively two months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing on the pricing page.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days on any paid Still OS plan, email hello@joinstill.co and we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked. It applies to every paid plan.
Do I need to explain why I want a refund?
No. The 30-day guarantee is no-questions-asked. You do not need to justify the refund or document a reason — you ask within 30 days and you get your money back.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued as soon as the request is received and typically appear on your statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

What does Still OS connect to?
Still OS connects to Amazon Seller Central for orders, inventory, and ads data, to your bank and finances for the CEO Dashboard, to Google Drive for document storage, and to DTC and wholesale channels including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Faire. Connected channels are part of the Momentum plan.
Is my Amazon data safe?
Yes. Still OS connects to Amazon through Amazon's official authorized integration, reads only the data needed to run your dashboards, and stores it on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Your data is isolated to your account and never shared.
Does Still OS store my passwords or API keys?
Still OS never stores your account passwords. Integrations use official authorization tokens, not passwords, and any credentials are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
Who can see my business data?
Only you. Your business data is isolated to your account, protected by row-level security, and is not visible to other customers. Team access with role-based permissions arrives with the Flow plan.

Who built Still OS?
Still OS was built by Denise, founder of Stillnus — a wellness brand she sells across Amazon, wholesale, and direct to customers. She built the operating system she needed to run a whole multi-channel product business single-handedly, and now it is available to other founders running everything.
Why was it built?
Still OS was built out of necessity. No tool fit the founder who sells across every channel and runs the whole operation with a tiny team — the existing tools each solved one slice and ignored the rest. So she built it. The product principle is simple: Still OS amplifies operator cognition; it does not replace operator judgment.
Is this built for any type of business or just product brands?
