Questions founders actually ask.
What Still OS is, who it is for, what is included now, and how pricing and the guarantee work.
What is Still OS
What is Still OS?
Still OS is a founder operating system. Seed brings your essential records, daily priorities, reflections, photographs, and business history into one place. Momentum adds connected operating data for product brands, including sales channels, inventory, and finances.
Who is Still OS built for?
Seed is built for founders who want a clear daily practice and a durable record of what they are building, whether the business is brand new or already in motion. Momentum is designed for founder-run product brands that need connected sales, inventory, and financial context.
What problem does Still OS solve?
A business is usually scattered across task lists, folders, notes, photographs, dashboards, and the founder's memory. Still OS gives the work a center: what matters today, what the business stands on, what was learned, and what happened over time. Momentum also connects the operating numbers that otherwise live in separate systems.
Is Still OS an app I download?
Still OS runs in the browser. There is nothing to download and nothing to install. You sign in at joinstill.co and your whole business is there.
What does “operating system for founders” mean?
An operating system is the layer everything else runs on. Still OS is that layer for a founder: it holds the business foundation, the plan for the day, the moments worth saving, and the history those moments create. On Momentum, it also brings connected channel and financial context into the same system. You decide. The system remembers.
Inside Seed
What modules are available right now?
Seed includes Foundation, Agenda, Capture, and History. Foundation organizes essential business records and renewals. Agenda holds focused daily work, the Task Bank, recurring work, and planning views. Capture saves reflections and photographs. History turns completed work and milestones into the Stills Artifact and keeps notes and photographs searchable in the Stills Volume.
What is the Foundation module?
Foundation is the organized record of what your business stands on. It holds formation documents, licenses, financial records, brand and IP, advisors, and contracts, tracks renewal dates, and shows which parts of the foundation still need attention.
What is the Agenda module?
Agenda is the focused work surface in Still OS. It holds the few things that matter today, a Task Bank for everything not yet scheduled, tasks and subtasks that can move independently, recurring work, and planning views from day through year. Completed work remains visible long enough to feel complete, then becomes part of History.
What is the History module?
History is the visual and written record of the business. The Stills Artifact turns completed work and milestones into a unique map of color over time. The Stills Volume keeps reflections, photographs, hearts, and saved references searchable, so the story behind the work is not lost.
What can I capture in Seed?
Seed can capture reflections, morning pages, lessons to remember, idea dumps, milestones, inspiration, behind-the-scenes photographs, people, products, press, and receipts. A photograph can belong to both the Stills Artifact and Stills Volume, and reflections can be marked with a heart for the Volume or a star for easy reference.
Is the CEO Dashboard included in Seed?
The CEO Dashboard is part of Momentum, not Seed. Seed includes Foundation, Agenda, Capture, the Stills Artifact, and the Stills Volume. Momentum adds the connected CEO Dashboard, inventory and catalog, supported channel integrations, and the Keyword Opportunity Engine add-on.
Pricing and plans
How much does Still OS cost?
Still OS Seed is $29 per month, or $290 per year with two months free. Momentum is $79 per month, or $790 per year. All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
What is the difference between Seed and Momentum?
Seed gives the founder's work and history a home: Foundation, Agenda, Capture, the Stills Artifact, and the Stills Volume. Momentum includes all of Seed and adds the connected operating picture: the CEO Dashboard with P&L and net income, inventory and catalog intelligence, supported DTC and wholesale integrations, a contacts directory, and access to the Keyword Opportunity Engine add-on for Amazon.
Is Momentum available now?
Yes. Momentum is available today. It includes Seed and adds the CEO Dashboard with P&L and net income, inventory and catalog intelligence, supported DTC and wholesale integrations, and access to the Keyword Opportunity Engine add-on for Amazon.
What is the Keyword Opportunity Engine?
The Keyword Opportunity Engine is an Amazon ads add-on, available on Momentum for $79 per month. It surfaces every keyword your campaigns are missing: scored, ranked, and explained. A decision engine tells you what to add, what to cut, and what to watch, with a plain-language rationale on every recommendation.
Is there a free trial?
Still OS does not run a free trial. Instead, every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: you start, you use the product for real, and if it is not right within 30 days you get a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Still OS is month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing. You can export your data or request deletion at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Seed is $290 per year and Momentum is $790 per year, both effectively two months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing on the pricing page.
The guarantee
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days on any paid Still OS plan, email hello@joinstill.co and we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked. It applies to every paid plan.
Do I need to explain why I want a refund?
No. The 30-day guarantee is no-questions-asked. You do not need to justify the refund or document a reason: you ask within 30 days and you get your money back.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued as soon as the request is received and typically appear on your statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Integrations and data
What does Still OS connect to?
Seed does not require connected business accounts. Momentum supports connections for the operating dashboard, including Amazon Seller Central and supported DTC and wholesale channels such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Faire. The exact connection available depends on the channel and the data it authorizes.
Is my Amazon data safe?
Yes. Still OS connects to Amazon through Amazon's official authorized integration, reads only the data needed to run your dashboards, and stores it on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Your data is isolated to your account and never shared.
Does Still OS store my passwords or API keys?
Still OS never stores your account passwords. Integrations use official authorization tokens, not passwords, and any credentials are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
Who can see my business data?
Only you. Your business data is isolated to your account, protected by row-level security, and is not visible to other customers. Team access with role-based permissions arrives with the Flow plan.
The founder and the product
Who built Still OS?
Still OS was built by Denise, founder of Stillnus, a wellness brand she sells across Amazon, wholesale, and direct to customers. She built the operating system she needed to run a whole multi-channel product business single-handedly, and now it is available to other founders running everything.
Why was it built?
Still OS was built out of necessity. No tool fit the founder who sells across every channel and runs the whole operation with a tiny team. The existing tools each solved one slice and ignored the rest. So she built it. The product principle is simple: Still should make the founder clearer, not make decisions in her place.
Is this built for any type of business or just product brands?
Seed is useful to founders across business types because its core surfaces are the foundation, the work, and the history of the build. Momentum is focused on founder-run product brands that make or source physical products and sell across channels. Still OS is not a general CRM or an agency tool.
What makes Still OS different from tools like Helium 10 or HubSpot?
Helium 10 is an Amazon research tool, and HubSpot is a CRM for sales teams. Still OS is the founder's operating layer: the business foundation, focused daily work, captured lessons, visual history, and, on Momentum, connected operating context. It is built around the founder's whole experience rather than one department.
